This blog has been created specifically as a result of the Shodeen development being reviewed  by the City of St Charles. The property is located behind the Jewel Store on Randall Road and is north of  Roosevelt Road (Route 38) and south of Prairie Street.  The location formerly was the St Charles Mall.
